The Salesforce Portfolio is a personal website that lives on Salesforce using Experience Cloud and can be shared to showcase Salesforce-related skills and career highlights. The portfolio also allows capture of details that may not easily be included in a resume.Â
The Ticket System is a simple yet flexible way for users to submit Salesforce-related questions, incidents, requests, and enhancements, all without needing to leave Salesforce.
The installation contains the minimum components used to run the Ticket System and can be modified to accommodate different organizational needs.
Chatter must be enabled in order to use the Ticket System.
